£23k-£27k + benefits
Ellesmere Port (office-based, Mon-Fri 9-4)
This isn’t a sit-back role. You’ll be right in the mix:
- Working side-by-side with experienced consultants
- Finding and qualifying top-quality candidates
- Building real relationships (not just firing CVs out)
- Spotting leads and opportunities to help grow the desk
- Becoming a market expert in a specialist sector
Whether you’re starting out or already in recruitment, we care more about your attitude than your CV.
